The ideal candidate will Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink. Used to delivering 5 levels of service across numerous Bars Sales Areas. Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of cocktails wines and champagnes. Be commercially savvy. Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
