Stafinders are working with one of our key clients to recruit a highly professional Events Co-ordinator for their stunning property in the West of Scotland. This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to get involved in something quite special.This venue offers a diverse programme of events throughout the year ranging from weddings corporate functions private parties and much more.This role will require you to re-locate to the area as some weekend work will be required to reflect business levels but accommodation on and off site is available. The Job You will be working 5 days out of 7 which will include some evening and weekend work.You will have an in depth knowledge of the services offered and be confident in informing clients.You will take projects from inception to completion and be confident in dealing with a wide variety of customer.You will be computer literate and capable of maintaining up to date records.This is a very dynamic and varied role which will require a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The candidate You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.Good time management and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and unsupervised is essential.You will be highly presentable articulate and be a highly motivated self starter.You will also be encouraged to create new events as well as managing numerous existing projects.You will be comfortable working to deadlines and to targets.Ideally candidates will be working in a similar role within a high quality hospitality environment.
