Role Food and Beverage Supervisor. Location Glasgow Merchant City. Reporting To Hospitality Manager Working Hours 40 hours over 4 5 days including Early Back and Night Shift. Salary £7.50 ph including tips. Start Date Asap We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced food and beverage supervisor for our busy casino operation based in Glasgow Merchant City. It is an exciting time to join one of the largest entertainment operators in the UK as at present we are undergoing a major refurbishment and due to re-launch at the beginning of November. As food and beverage supervisor you will support the Management team in ensuring delivery of superior customer service. You will also ensure that when on shift your team drives and delivers on achievable sales and revenue targets. Your main areas of responsibility will be To ensure each guest within the food and beverage service areas receive the highest level of customer service. Driving food and beverage sales throughout the venue via increased in house sales activities such as upselling and suggestive selling. Training and Development of your team whilst on duty ensuring skills are up-to-spec and that all team members are continually monitored with on the job training provided where necessary. Ensuring compliance with health and safety licensing and all other company and government legislation whilst on duty. To promote a fun and lively working environment. To deal with customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and resolute manner ensuring that at all times guests leave satisfied. Managing the team whilst on duty and ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Monitoring control and movement of stock within the venue and ensuring detailed records of wastage. Managing the restaurant diary and ensuring smooth service delivery. For this role it is expected that you will have sufficient experience within Full Service bars and restaurants (Fast food and retail experience Will Not suffice for this role.
