We are looking for a talented head chef with an extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine. You will have been a head chef in an Italian restaurant for a least 2 years have a working knowledge of cook safe along with the organisational skills to manage and motivate the kitchen team. We expect a consistently excellent standard so the ability to delivery in a busy environment is a minimum requirement. Working week is 5 days and weekend working is essential.
