Our client based in Kirkintilloch requires a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to work on a temporary on-going basis starting asap. Our client prides themselves on excellent Customer Service and the ideal candidate should be able to show this in interview. The role will involved mainly inbound calls in relation to any faults and potential emergency situations in regards to customers electricity supply. You will be expected to provide a high level of Customer Service support helping the customer out where possible or routing call to department who may be able to assist. Arranging call outs for engineers Candidate Excellent Telephone Manner Excellent Customer Service Skills Abililty to Maintain Level Head in dealing with Emergency Situations You must be able to pass a credit check before being offered the position and a disclosure scotland form must be completed.
