We are a small busy specialist sub contractor is looking to appoint an Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team in South Lanarkshire. Duties will include working within the commercial team dispute resolution liaising with clients managing financial issues preparing and agreeing valuations finalising accounts and preparing cost value reconciliations and assisting in estimating and tendering. In this role you would be reporting to a Managing Qs Director. For your application to be considered for this position you should ideally be part way through your professional qualification (Mrics Degree Hnc or equivalent) and must be able to demonstrate experience with a main contractor or subcontractor and experience of structural steelwork would be especially beneficial. The position is predominantly office-based and candidates would ideally live within a 30 min drive of our office in Carstairs
